As Facebook is the transaction processor, you should have received a receipt from them to the email address linked to your Facebook account. The email includes the donation amount and date of donation in your name, which should suffice as proof of donation including for tax purposes. To ask them to resend your certificate, please reach out via this link: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/162031714239823

If you find Facebook’s certificate is not sufficient for your country’s tax documentation requirements, please choose Other as Place of Donation to submit an email to us – and we will help you further.
